Ürün Açıklaması
Climbing formwork systems are an industrial formwork solution used in constructions where concrete is poured in stages (in parts) to achieve the targeted height in single or double-faced wall applications. The system is implemented with a climbing console and anchor (carrot) set .
In Vario formwork solutions with H20 / Doka beam systems , the climbing system provides the advantage of rapid progress in shear wall construction, safe working conditions, and reusable formwork.
Installation accessories (anchoring and bracket equipment):
- Carrot (Anchor)
- Carrot ball (anchor pulley)
- Carrot nut (anchor nut)
- Carrot wrench (anchor wrench)
- Climbing console
- Connecting pipe
- Handcuff
Materials needed for 1 set of climbing console:
- 2 carrot anchor sets + 2 additional sets for the mold tumbling process.
- 2 climbing consoles
- 2 connecting pipes
- 4 handcuffs
Steps for applying climbing formwork:
- During the initial formwork installation, carrots are placed horizontally, generally at intervals of 245 cm (the spacing can be reduced depending on the wall thickness), leaving approximately 25 cm of space from the top of the formwork. The carrots are oiled and mounted to the formwork with carrot screws, completing the formwork installation procedure. Note: Oiling is necessary to facilitate easy removal of the carrots from the concrete.
- Once the poured concrete has gained sufficient strength, the carrot screws are removed and the formwork is taken away.
- To move to the next level, screws and knobs are mounted onto carrots remaining in the concrete.
- Climbing consoles are attached to the top and bottom using connecting pipes and movable clamps. A platform is created on the consoles by placing planks on top for walking.
- The formwork is reassembled on the consoles. Once the concrete has gained strength, the formwork is removed, the consoles are taken down, and the carrots are removed with a wrench, preparing the site for the next cycle.
- These steps are repeated until the target altitude is reached.
